Phew. It’s been a busy weekend! Four dates in three days: and three of those were firsts.
It feels like dating has become a hobby. I suppose that is the stage that I’m at currently. If perhaps one in four dates leads to something more, then one does need to spend time dating. It’s an investment, right?!
First there was George: a little older than me and an experienced dominant with a gaze that’s hard to break. He’s a gentle and interesting character with a knack for being uncannily perceptive: he saw straight into the dark depths of my fantasies. He’s also a fan of using the word cunt in a positive way… in fact he insists on it, much to my delight. It feels like a bit of an adventure into uncharted waters for me. I’m feeling excited to have found someone to explore my darker desires with. (*More about this in another post.)
Then there was Charlie… lovely Charlie 🙂 Another takeaway, a great film, good chat, cuddles, kisses, and a blow job. Who said friends can’t get each other off sometimes? We were chatting and drinking wine and I just had this strong urge to unzip his fly. I’m a bit wary of crossing boundaries, especially as we figure out what exactly this connection is. Lines of communication are well and truly open: I think this is relationship anarchy in practice.
Then my delightfully kinky hipster plumber who drove across the country to see me, got caught in a hell-of-a traffic jam and was 6 hours late! A very lovely man with a delicious kinky appetite, but sadly we didn’t meet one another emotionally. I’m sad about this one, cos we’ve been messaging for months. It seems that you really just cannot tell until you meet.
And finally there was Robert (remember- the arrogant prick?). I started writing about him, before realising it is pretty much a whole blog post on it’s own. See “a date with Robert”.
What have I learned this weekend?
- My standards have risen (see “rising standards”)
- 4 dates in 3 days is too many!
- You really never know how it will go until you meet face to face
